Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with age more than 18 years Patients on mechanical ventilation and vasopressor support

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with life expectancy less than 90 days Patients for whom, the caregivers opt for limitation of therapy. Refusal to participate.
