Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Diagnosed locally advanced rectal cancer with lateral pelvic nodes of short axis diameter more than or equal to 5mm on pre CRT MRI pelvis -Biopsy proven adenocarcinoma -Treated with NACRT and undergoing surgery or Observation -Available Pre CRT and post CRT MRI pelvis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients who did not complete or defaulted neo-adjuvant chemo-radiation or who did not follow up with post CRT MRI and defaulted or refused surgery. -Patients who progressed or died before surgical planning. -Patient who received extended field radiotherapy for suspicious para aortic LN
