Intervention1: Respiratory Muscle Stretching, Manual Diaphragmatic Release Technique, Aerobic Exercise: Respiratory muscle stretching given two sets of ten repetitions for each muscle with one minute

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40-70 years. Mild to moderate COPD patients, according to GOLD criteria. both the gender will be included. Body mass index between 18 kg/m2 and Clinically stable (that is no exacerbation in the previous 6 weeks) Patients willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with unstable hemodynamic parameters. patient who has undergone recent cardiothoracic or abdominal surgery. Patient with rib fracture. Inability to understand verbal command. Neurologically compromised patients affecting consciousness and mental function.
