Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female cases diagnosed with PCOS using Rotterdam criteria 2. Womens age group 12-40 years are included in my study 3. Patients giving written consent and voluntarily participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients in need of emergency medical intervention 2 Diabetes Mellitus Cushing syndrome hyper prolactinemia untreated hypo or hyperthyroidism 3 Patients with history of intake of metformin or history of oral contraceptive pills use or intake of drugs known to interfere with carbohydrate metabolism 4 weeks prior to enrollment
