Inclusion criteria: All Residents Male And Female Have 1 TO 6 Years Experience in Anaesthesia and critical care working in Tertiary Care ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients, Non Health Worker,Attendents.

1) To understand the level of knowledge due to different duration of experience. 2)To examine the difference in suctioning practices among different designations of health care professionals.Timepoint: 20 WEEKS
