Interventions

Intervention1: Intradialytic modified Tai Chi exercise, aerobic exercise: Intradialytic modified Tai Chi exercise given for 30 mins and cycle ergometer of lower limb for 10 mins with warm up and cool

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: known case of chronic kidney disease (stage3-5) Being on dialysis for more than 3 months Patient should be able to complete 6 min walk test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent episode of cerebrovascular accidents Musculoskeletal problems (rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthropathy, osteoarthritis of knee & hip, fracture hip, etc.) Unstable vitals Restless leg syndrome Mentally unstable patients
