Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 months to 18 years presenting with severe sepsis and septic shock to PICU
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with known 1.Multiple blood transfusions 2.Hemoglobinopathies 3.Autoimmune diseases 4.Chronic illnesses like Chronic liver disease, connective tissue disorders
