Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy individuals of age group 21- 60 years irrespective of gender, caste, and creed. 2. Individuals who are localized in Delhi â?? NCR for a year. 3. Individuals willing and able to give written consent to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of taking anti-microbial therapy for the last 4 weeks. 2. Individuals on medically intervened probiotics/prebiotics forthe last 4 weeks. 3. Individuals suffering from diarrhea, dysentery, IBS, crohnâ??s disease, ulcerative colitis, or any other major illness related to the gastrointestinal tract. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Individuals with an addiction to smoking & chronic alcohol intake. 6. Individuals participated in any other clinical trial 4 weeks before enrollment.
