Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Child. 1. Ability to read and write in the Malayalam and English Language 2. Children with scores meeting the sub-clinical borderline ranges for behavioural problems in SDQ (11-17), 3. Children with mild ADHD and Mild SLD will be included 4. Children who give assent, their parent giving consent to participate in treatment Inclusion Criteria for Parents 1. The parent should be living with the child 2. The parent should have 15 minutes in the morning and evening to spend on therapy for two months along with the child 3. The parent can be either Mother or Father of the child 4. The parent who gives consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Child. 1. Children reported severe physical illness (like hormone-related issues, neurological issues, cancer) 2. Children reported with Intellectual Disability 3. Children who have undergone Mindfulness or SFBT interventions Exclusion Criteria for Parents. 1. Parents reported severe physical illness (like hormone-related issues, neurological issues, cancer) according to parent reporting in the Socio-Demographic profile 2. Parents reported any Psychiatric Disorders in Socio-Demographic profile 3. Parents who have undergone Mindfulness or SFBT interventions 4. Spouse reports of severe alcohol/substance addiction and intimate partner violence in Socio-Demographic profile
