Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All resected intestinal specimens and endoscopic biopsies received in the department of pathology for obstructive lesions of small and large intestine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All cases of perforation without obstructive cause. 2. Poorly preserved specimens. 3. Inadequate biopsies

1. To estimate the demographic profile of obstructive lesions of small and large intestine. 2. To evaluate the histopathological spectrum of obstructive lesions of small and large intestine. .3 To further classify the lesions using histochemical stains and immuno-histochemistry wherever required.Timepoint: Over a period of One year.—
