Intervention1: Continuous Adductor Canal block with IPACK block.: Patients will receive 20 ml of 0.125% levobupivacaine+100 mcg dexmedetomidine for adductor canal block and 10 ml 0.125% levobupivacain

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 1-2 Age 16-65 BMI 18-30 kg/m2 Unilateral Total Knee Replacement for osteoarthritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusing to give informed consent. History of relevant drug allergy History of psychiatric illness, substance abuse Severe cardiovascular, respiratory , metabolic or neurological disease Pregnancy and lactation Cogaulopathy Infection at planned injection site Patient on steroids

Analgesic efficiency of anaesthetic modalities in terms of NRS.Timepoint: 4,12,24,36 and 48 hrs after administering the block
