Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who are at 3rd trimester of pregnancy 2. Pregnant women residing in and surrounding of Manipal/Udupi 3. Women with 1 to 3 children without serious health complications (both previous vaginal and caesarean deliveries)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior history of abortion, miscarriage, preterm birth, pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia, antepartum hemorrhage 2. Who had taken antibiotic treatment in the 4 weeks prior to sample collection (systemic or specific; orally, IV or vaginal) 3. Any other chronic illness 4. Those who deliver outside the hospital
