Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Any disc suspect patient of age 35-60 years with positive family history 2) Open angles on gonioscopy 3) IOP is below 21 mm of Hg 4)BMO MRW changes on OCT 5)Normal visual fields on 24-2 program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Not giving consent for participation 2) Any congenital disc anomaly 3)Closed angles 4) History of any intervention to control IOP in past 5) Abnormal visual fields 6)Any systemic illness severe enough to hamper examination and follow ups
