Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 & 2 elective lower limb surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal. 2.Contraindication to spinal, i.e. bleeding diathesis, anemia, local infection. 3.Pregnancy and lactation. 4.Patients on beta blockers / alpha 2 adrenergic agonists. 5.Patients with cardiac diseases, uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus. 6.BMI >30kg/m2 7.Patients having allergy to study drugs.
