Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Only low anal fistula will be taken. 2. Patient suffering from bhagandar will be taken. 3. Simple anal fistula with palpable induration. 4. Patient of bhagandar those medically fit for surgery irrespective of patient either sex, occupation and religion will be included randomly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High anal fistula. 2. Supralevator fistula. 3. Scb cutaneous fistula. 4. Comlex fistula. 5. Fistula other than anorectal region. 6. Tuberculosis. 7. Osteomyelitis. 8. Rectal prolapse. 9. Chronic or acute ulcerative colitis.
