Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between the ages of 20 to 60 yrs. 2. Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria Diagnosis will be made on below mentioned sign and symptoms. ROME IV criteria for functional constipation (must have at least 2 of 6): 2.1 Fewer than 3 bowel movement per week Straining during >25% of the time 2.2 Lumpy or hard stools > 25% of the time 2.3 Sensation of anorectal obstruction > 25% of the time 2.4 Sensation of incomplete evacuation > 25% of the time 2.5 Manual manoeuvres required to aid defecation > 25% of the time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having anal benign and malignant pathologies other than primary constipation. 2. Patients with malignancy, active Kochâ??s disease, Ulcerative colitis, Crohnâ??s Disease will be excluded. 3. Patients with serologically positive reports of S. HIV, S. HBSAg, will be excluded from the study. 4. Patients with obstructive pathology of intestines will be excluded. 5. Pregnancy.
