Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients having Pain,Tenderness,Swelling and Stiffness of affected area. 2 Patients of age 18 to 60 years of either group 3 Restricted joint movements. 4 Cases of post plaster cast stiffness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients of post fracture stiffness with complications like mal- union, non-union, marked deformity, osteoporosis. 2 Patients with history of Tuberculosis 3 Patients with any organ malignancy
