In this research work, if we can demonstrate the frequency pattern of the ultra-radian rhythm of the nasal cycle in normal subjects and if it can establish the relationship between the normal rhythm of the nasal cycle and autonomic functions tests, then this can be used as: 1. A novel non-invasive tool for assessing the prognosis of many neurological conditions associated with autonomic dysfunction and also to know the effectiveness of treatment in those patientsTimepoint: Baseline

The results of the present study may form a pilot work for extending the research about the relationship between the ultra-radian rhythm of the nasal cycle and its alterations in autonomic dysfunction patients. This research work continued further on various autonomic dysfunction patients may progress into developing an easy cost-effective (bedside/home-based) screening tool(early marker) for detecting autonomic dysfunction especially in rural areas where the availability and accessibility for AFT lab would be difficult.Timepoint: Baseline
