Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having complaints of chronic or recurrent neck or shoulder pain atleast 3 months 2.Clinically diagnosed patients of cervical spondylosis by radio diagnosis 3.Decreased range of motion of the neck 4.Patients who have agreed to sign the informed consent form and follow up the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below the 18 yrs and above 60 yrs of age 2.Spinal fracture and recent cervical surgery 3.Pregnancy and lactation 4.Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, hypertension and other systemic or inflammatory diseases such as juvenile rheumatoid arthritis , ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis etc 5.Patients unwilling to given the consent for the trails and follow up
