Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 80 years. S. Albumin values Patients irrespective of gender, religion and socio-economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age of patients less than 18 years and more than 80 years. Any concomitant serious Anorectal disorders(Hemorrhoids, Fissure, anorectal abscess, fistula, cancer, etcâ?¦) IBS Patient having anal incontinence. Gravid women and lactating mothers. Persons is not willing to give inform consent.
