Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 years and above admitted with laboratory confirmed diagnosis of select AFI which includes malaria, dengue, leptospirosis and enteric fever
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Patients diagnosed with the select AFI on outpatient basis. ii. Patients unwilling to participate in the study
