Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age from 40 to 60 years Both male and female Fulfilling diagnostic criteria Willingness to participate in study with written consent DIAGNOSTIC CRITERIA European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) criteria More than 40 years old Usage related joint pain Short- lived morning sickness Functional limitation And has one or more of the following in examination finding in Knee joint: Joint crepitus Restricted joint movement Bony enlargement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from life threatening diseases and those who need emergency medical interventions. Cases of any advanced OA & surgery required cases will be excluded. Congenital bony malformation in knee joint
