Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective and emergency surgery for whom abdominal incision is taken. 2. Patients on anticoagulants, known case of coagulopathies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Scar at planned incision site. 2. Patients with pacemakers. 3. Patients with pre existing pain at incision site or any neuropathy. 4. Immuno compromised patients due to chemotherapy, immunosuppressantâ??s, corticosteroids etc. 5. Pregnancy.
