Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to sign the consent form. 2. Patients between the age group of 30-70 years of either Sex. 3. Patients with primary OA knee (Unilateral/bilateral) having knee pain with as per at least 3 of the following â??American College of Rheumatology (ACR)â?? clinical categories of diagnostic criteria, like crepitus during active movement, less than 30 min. morning stiffness, bony tenderness, bony enlargement, and no warmth on palpation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of Gout, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriatic arthritis, trauma, fracture, deformity of knee, hip, back or gait, history of intra-articular injection, knee arthroscopy or knee replacement surgery. 2. Known cases of systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus, Heart diseases, hepatic disorders, Renal disease, Cancer, Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Autoimmune diseases, Tuberculosis , Atherosclerosis, Pulmonary dysfunction, HIV and other major health problems. 3. Pregnant and Lactating women
