Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients diagnosed with CLD posted for Liver Transplant Surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient denying consent 2. Known allergy to eggs or propofol 3. Requirement for pretransplant mechanical ventilation 4. Use of vasopressors prior to transplantation. 5. Any modification in anaesthesia treating protocol
