Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group A- Expectant females between 24-28 weeks of gestation sending blood samples for routine GTT to Biochemistry Lab, Kasturba Hospital and found to have normal plasma glucose values according to IADPSG (International Association of Diabetes in Pregnancy Study Group) Criteria . Group B- Expectant females between 24-28 weeks sending blood samples for routine GTT to Biochemistry Lab, Kasturba Hospital ,who are diagnosed with GDM according to IADPSG Criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute and chronic infection 2.History of malignancy 3.Previous history of diabetes mellites 4.History of seizures 5.History of renal disease 6.History of liver disease 7.History of drug abuse 8.Women who conceived after ART
