Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the age group of 18yrs to 60yrs with displaced fracture neck of femur.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture neck femur. 2. Any other bony injury in the same limb. 3. Injury more than 3 weeks old. 4. Open fracture.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the timing of surgery post-injury with quality of reduction in displaced fracture neck femur in young adults.Timepoint: Post-operative period (usually day1/day2) - when patient is comfortable to undergo xray

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To find the association of fracture subtype and quality of reduction.Timepoint: At the end of study with statistical analysis
