Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who undergo IVF/ICSI and who have cryopreserved spare embryos. (2) Age 21â??35 years, BMI 21â??30 kg/m2. (3) Patients who undergo SET/DET. (4) A normal uterine cavity was assessed by 3D ultrasound (USG). (5) Recipient of donor oocyte or donor embryo in FET cycle. (6) Embryo transfers of a good quality blastocyst (Gardnerâ??s grade 3/4/5 AA, AB, BA). (7) Endometrial thickness >= 7 mm on day of starting exogenous P4 supplementation. (8) Serum P4 on day of embryo transfer >10ngm/dl.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo Natural cycle FET 2. Patients with more than two failed Embryo Transfer 3. Patients with uterine anomalies, adenomyosis or endometriosis 4. Underlying cardiac or renal or hepatic or thromboembolic disorders or autoimmune disease. (5) History of anxiety or depression. (6) Patients with a history of recurrent 1st-trimester loss
