Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patient giving their consent to be a volunteer in the proposed study. b) Histologically proven Squamous Cell Carcinoma of oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx and larynx. c) Stage II - IV by AJCC Cancer Staging Manual Eight Edition, 2017 d) Age mention 18 years and less than 75 years. e) Both males and females patients. f) Treatment will be started after 15 days completing Radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Any pre-existing diagnosed neurological condition. b) Distant metastases c) Previously surgery for malignancy in the head and neck region d) The existence of synchronous multiple malignancies (not leukoplakia) or previous history of cancer
