Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 20-60 years. 2)ASA I and II. 3)Surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring tracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Known allergy to study drug. 2)Patients with cognitive impairement. 3)Uncontrolled cardiovascular,hepatic,renal and pulmonary dysfunction. 4)Patients having opiod intolerance. 5)Pregnant patients and breast feeding mothers. 6)Patients with anticipated difficult intubation.
