Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suffering from single level L4-L5/L5-S1 with unilateral leg pain Taken adequate conservative treatment for 6 weeks VAS more than 6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes mellitus Bleeding disorders Local infection at injection site Instability at lumbo-sacral region Evidence of underlying spinal infection Pregnant women Exclusive breast - feeding mothers Patients who are allergic to local anesthestics,antibiotics or radiographic dye Multilevel herniations Bilateral radicular pain
