Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premenopusal Women with diagnosed history of uterine fibroid attending the outpatient department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: females not giving consent for participation,pregnant women,aborted in last six months,lactating females,history of hormonal treatment,vit d supplement,iron supplement,patient with ovarian cyst,adenomyosis,malignancy,organ damage,myomectomy history,postmenopausal women,women with autoimmune disease
