Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: belongs to ASA I, ASA II (American Society of Anesthesiologist classification) Patients undergoing elective surgery under General anesthesia Duration of surgery lasting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing Emergency surgeries 2. Anticipated difficult airway 3. Reduced cardiopulmonary reserves 4. Surgeries confined to larynx and trachea 5. Allergic to Local anesthetics
