Intervention1: Nutool Therapy (Medicated Water): Patient will be asked to lie on their back in supine position on bed and head should be kept straight. Decoction of herbal drugs having anti-depressant

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Group- 18-65 Years Both Genders Patients who has score more than 7 in HDRS-17 Patient who have agreed to sign informed consent and follow up the protocol Patient who are not taking any antidepressant medicine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below the age of 18 and above the age of 65 years. Pregnant and lactating mothers. Patients having any physical co morbidities or suffering from any acute ophthalmic illness. Patients who have any other psychiatric illness.
