Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patients belonging to ASA1 and ASA2 posted for elective breast surgeries 2.Female patients in age group of 18-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency breast surgeries, Patients with comorbidites and belonging to ASA 3 and 4, Patients who are allergic to local anaesthesia and adjuvants, Patient refusal to study, Underlying severe cardiac-pulmonary compromise, Morbid obesity BMI > 35, Any chest wall infiltration, Pregnancy, lactation, Dementia, Patients already on prescribed oral opioid analgesics and psychotropic agents
