Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1,2 and 3 Patients posted for elective surgery under regional or general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients with physical impairment and claudication pain Emergency surgeries Pregnant women Preoperative impaired renal and hepatic dysfunctions Patients who are unable to perform bedside autonomic dysfunction tests Known cases of coronary or cerebral vascular diseases
