Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are admitted in ICU Patients who are clinically diagnosed to have infection Patients who have positive report of identification of one these organism: Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. (PEAK organism)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient who are not treated with curative intent Patient who are previously enrolled in the study
