Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants age from 18-25 yrs. Participants having non-specific low back pain since last 3months. 20-50 degree active knee extension loss with hip in 90 degree flexion. Participants with pain intensity from 3 to 6 according to NPRS. Participants who understand English, Hindi and Gujarati.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any recent abdominal surgery Participants with fracture of spine or lower limb Participants with any pathology or malignancy Participants with any neurological condition
