Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to give consent for being a participant in the study. 2. Either gender. 3. Age group of 18-80 years. 4. Patients undergoing repair of pre-pyloric or duodenal perforation for perforation peritonitis in emergency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not giving informed consent and undergoing any procedures other than cellan jones and modified grahams patch repair for duodenal ulcer perforation.
