Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The duration of bleeding must be > 7 days or quantity must be > 80 ml cycle or both.7 Patients with Uterine Fibroids , Adenomyosis , Endometriosis , Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria and patients complaining of previous history of Asrugdara for at least 2 consecutive cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patientâ??s suffering from severe Anemia. Suspected cases of spontaneous, threatened or incomplete abortion. Known cases of Diabetes Mellitus.

To asses the Hemostatic effict of Badari Churna (Zizyphus Sativus) as in the management of Asrugdara (Menorrhagia).Timepoint: Badari Churna will be given orally Schedule - Twice in a day Duration - 7 days Follow up - On 8th day of menses for 3 consecutive cycles
