Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects presented with Samanya lakshanas of Mutrashmari as per classics. 2. Subjects presented with urolithiasis detected through USG of size as below a) Kidney and Urinary Bladder- 6-10mm b) Ureter- 6-8 mm 3. Subjects between the age group of 18 - 60 years will be selected irrespective of gender, occupation, race, chronicity and socio economic status. 4. Subjects fit for Paneeya Kshara. 5. Subjects fit for Basti Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects suffering with any systemic disorders which will interfere with course of treatment. 2. Subjects associated with complications of the disease like severe hydroureteronephrosis, calculous pyonephrosis, stag horn calculus will be excluded from the study.
