Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The bronchoscopy digital database in our Bronchoscopy OR will be screened both retrospectively and prospectively to retrieve bronchoscopic images representative of an endobronchial lesion. Those images in which a corresponding histopathologically-confirmed diagnosis of lung cancer is available will be chosen for further analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with non-malignant endo-bronchial lesions (e.g., infectious, inflammatory). 2.Patients with endo-bronchial metastasis from extra-thoracic or unknown primary. 3.Patients not giving consent.
