Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Above18 years of age and of either sex 2. Patients with following indications Left Ventricular Dysfunction/Left Ventricular Failure/Recent Myocardial Infarction/Unstable Angina/Critical Coronary Artery Disease/Left Main Coronary Artery Disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged below 18 years 2. Pregnant or lactating mothers 3. Terminal stage disease 4. Patients with conditions like • Aortic regurgitation • Aortic dissection • Chronic end-stage heart disease with no anticipation of recovery • Aortic stents • Uncontrolled sepsis • Uncontrolled bleeding diathesis • Moderate to severe aortic regurgitation • An aortic aneurysm or aortic dissection Severe peripheral artery disease

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Need for vasopressors and therapy modifications as appropriate.Timepoint: 07 Days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
All cause ICU mortality, length of ICU stay, need for Renal Replacement Therapy and mechanical ventilation.Timepoint: 07 Days
