Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Anemic adolescents with Hb 2. Residing in the study area for more than 6 months or planning to reside in the same area for at least 6 months or 1 year

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed Chronic diseases like tuberculosis, malaria, sickle cell anemia and thalassemia etc 2. Pregnant or lactating women 3. Diagnosed bleeding disorders 4. Severe anemic adolescent girls (Hb
