Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Minimum 5 years of service 2. Police personnel with BMI more than 25. 3. Police personnel willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Police personnel with diagnosed history of neurological and psychiatric disorder. 2. Pregnant police personnel. 3. Police personnel who had an uncorrected vision problem. 4. Police personnel who had a severe musculoskeletal injury of the lower limb. 5. Police personnel with history of systemic disease. 6. Police personnel with history of cardio-respiratory symptoms for at least 6 weeks. 7. Police personnel with history of current smoking or those who stopped smoking within 1 year of the beginning of the study. 8. Police personnel with history of asthma, or rhinitis.
