Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with the age group between 25-55 years. only bankers at least having 1 year experience and onwards. Completed graduation degree. Work 8 hours and above a day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any known case of recent fracture Any present illness. Any chronic disease. Presence of any metal implant in the body. Pregnant women. Any disability or amputee Any medication for mental illness.
