Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Those who consent to participate in the study b. Male Subjects aged 50 years to 75 years c. Those who diagnosed as moderate BPH with bothersome LUTS. d. International Prostate Symptom Score =8 and = 19.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Uncontrollable Diabetes mellitus in last three months b. kidney failure, kidney stones, bladder stones c. Those who are recommended for Transurethral resection of the prostate surgery d. Patients who are on indwelling Catheter e. Urethral Stricture, Prostate cancer, Prostatitis f. Bladder neck stricture, Hematuria, Urinary tract infection, Neurogenic bladder dysfunction g. Those who are on loop diuretics h. Those who are participating in any other clinical trial or interventional study.
