Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group â?? 18-60 years 2. Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria which are based on signs and symptoms of vataja shirashoola (tension type of headache)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic ailments 2. Patients presented with other types of headache like migraine, cluster headache, sinus headache, neuralgia etc., 3. Tension headache secondary to other diseases 4. Patients contraindicated for nasya 5. Pregnant and lactating women
