Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (aa) Skeletal Class II malocclusion (ANB > 4 degrees) (ab) Bilateral Class II or Half Cusp Class II molar relation (ac) Positive visual treatment objective (ad) CVMI stage III/ IV (ae) Minimal crowding ( (af) No missing teeth (except 3rd molars)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (aa) History of orthodontic treatment (ab) Systemic diseases affecting bone metabolism (ac) Patients with neuromuscular disorder & TMJ problems (ad) Presence of any craniofacial anomalies or pathologies, including Cleft lip and palate (ae) Presence of facial asymmetry
