Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed ITP cases. Secondary ITP, including : -Autoimmune syndromes -HIV, hepB and C -Immunodeficiency syndromes -Vaccine induced

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Hemolytic anemias -Vitamin B12 and folate deficiency -Drug induced -Active infections -Underlying CLD -Drug induced
